Y-Flyer 2811 Ken Peterson Kit and Y 637 plus extras – $2,100
Y-637 1960’s vintage Y. This boat had a complete overhaul of the trunk and centre section in the 1970’s and was parked for 50 years. I did fibreglass transom repair before Covid as well as prepping the deck for a final coat of paint. It comes with original wooden mast. No pictures for Y-637 Also included is an aluminum mast and boom, steel centreboard, 3 sails, restored mahogany floorboards, restored mahogany rudder and tiller and all the fittings from Y-225
Y-2811 This boat is a Ken Peterson Kit and all the kit parts were assembled last spring from bow to stern. All ribs, trunk, keelsons, bow and transom were assembled and epoxied with West System. All surfaces have been had 2 coats of West System. Gunnels, cockpit and keelson spruce) gunnels need to be installed. There are 4 – 20ft pieces for the outboard top and bottom gunnels. All additional spruce gunnel material is cut and labelled as to where it goes. Add plywood and hit the water
